Dec. 8, 2020 – Lee Canyon announces its 2020/21 winter season starts Friday, Dec. 11, 2020. Lifts begin running at 9 a.m., and resort officials expect all chairlifts to be open. Like all businesses and ski areas, Lee Canyon’s operations have been impacted by COVID-19. Guests are encouraged to visit the Safe-Lee section of the resort’s website for details on what to expect. Notable changes to manage Lee Canyon’s capacity and keep everyone safe include all guests are required to book a parking reservation online. “Our COVID-19 operating plan puts the wellbeing of our staff, guests, and community first. It is consistent with county and state regulations and follows the National Ski Association’s Ski Well, Be Well best practices,” explains Jim Seely, Lee Canyon’s marketing director. “Lee Canyon believes spending time outside is vital for good physical and mental health. This winter will look very different because of COVID; our priority is the health of our community.”
