Skye Canyonhosts First Look: Madera and Northglenn by Century Communities, a model home reveal Saturday, August 3, 2019. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., homebuyers can tour model home parks in the new neighborhoods that are the latest addition to Skye Canyon’s Phase 2. Both neighborhoods start in the low $300s and include a spacious two-car garage along with finishing touches that make a house feel like home, such as granite or quartz countertops, and paver walkways. Maderais a single-story community located at 8162 Desert Madera St. and includes three floorplans, two that are modeled, ranging from 1,636 to 1,816 square feet. All homes include 10-foot ceilings, and homebuyers can choose from three or four bedrooms.
Northglenn’smodel home park is located at 10773 Edgestone Ave. and includes three modeled floor plans ranging from 2,396 to 2,605 square feet. This two-story community includes nine-foot ceilings, and shoppers can select options such as four or five bedrooms, a first-floor bedroom suite, and a casita.
At the event, attendees can enter the Skye Canyon First Look raffle for a chance to win one of three Skye Canyon Prize Packs complete with a North Face Jacket and Kleen Kanteen, or one of two rounds of golf for four people at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort. Madera and Northglenn by Century Communities are located between Grand Teton Drive and Shaumber Road on the western boundary of Skye Canyon, adjacent to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Both neighborhoods offer residents easy access to Somerset Academy Charter Elementary School and Skye View Park, a two-acre neighborhood park.
Skye Canyon opened Phase 2 of the development in June 2018 with homebuilders Pardee Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Woodside Homes. In January, Lennar Homes opened its first neighborhood in Phase 2.
